1. Controller and contact
TheMindsLab GmbH, Am Fuchsgraben 5, 50859 Cologne, Germany. For privacy enquiries and requests to exercise your rights: kontakt@themindslab.ai.
2. Website hosting
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages and the Cloudflare network. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Requests involve processing information including IP address, requested URL, time, browser and device information, and technical connection and security data. This supports delivery, fault diagnosis and protection against misuse.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. We do not operate a separate visitor database for this website. Processing and retention by the hosting provider depend on the relevant technical and security purposes and contractual and legal requirements.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so processing outside the EU or EEA is possible. Details about processing, international transfers and safeguards are available in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
3. Fonts, cookies and analytics
Fonts and product images are served from this website. We do not load external fonts, advertising networks or embedded social-media or video players. We use no analytics or marketing cookies and no additional visitor-tracking scripts. Cloudflare may use technically necessary cookies or checks for security functions.
4. Email enquiries
Email links open your own email application; this website does not automatically send your message. When you contact us, we process your email address and the information you provide to handle your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) applies to other enquiries based on our interest in responding. Please do not include confidential original documents or health information in your initial enquiry.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and follow-up questions. Statutory retention obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims may require longer retention.
5. External websites
Links to PayBiene, CoverTwin, DiSoWo, Microsoft and LinkedIn lead to independent websites. A connection is made when you open a link. The respective provider's privacy notice applies there.
6. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent for future processing and complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. Send your request to kontakt@themindslab.ai.
